Mildew-X Mildewcide

Mildew-X is a mildewcide additive designed to be mixed with stains or other coatings to control the growth of mold and mildew on interior and exterior finishes…NATURALLY!  Mildew-X can be added to any latex coating.  Mildew-X replaces the discontinued Stay-Clean mildewcide.  Mildew-X is available in two sizes—a one gallon treatment and a five gallon treatment.

Mildew-X Finish Additive features include:

• Designed to control mold and mildew on interior and exterior surfaces.
• Can be added to any latex coating.
• The power of Mildew-X comes from the combination of Lemongrass and Geranium oil.  Together they have been proven to be highly effective against mold and mildew.
• For best results, follow finish manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and prepping the surface.  Surface must be clean, dry, and free of mold and mildew before using.
• Mix well with any latex coating, then apply the finish per manufacturer’s instructions.
• Mildew-X contains no VOC’s.
• Testing has shown that Mildew-X effectively controls mildew for up to 3 years.
