For your convenience, if you are unable to come to our store, Log Home Resource Center will ship the quality products that you need to your home or job site. We always strive to ship at the lowest cost, and provide the quickest delivery to you.

Our sales volume allows us to receive excellent rates from our carriers, and we pass those savings on to our customers.
Fast Shipping
We offer Same-Day Shipping in most cases when orders are received by 1pm Central Time. Our central US location provides another advantage—shorter distances to many of our customers, which can often mean quicker deliveries.
Free Shipping
In addition to offering free ground shipping for specific products as shown on our website, we also offer free ground shipping for sales of 500 pounds or more shipped to the contiguous 48 United States, except for sales of wood products, sawmills, chink pumps, blast machines, and blast media. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Customers may choose regular shipping rates for faster delivery. Purchases qualifying for free shipping may be delivered by large delivery truck or other ground delivery, at our discretion, based upon the shipment weight. For shipments by large delivery truck, products will be shipped on pallets, and someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive and unload the order from the delivery truck. If your delivery address is not accessible by a large delivery truck or no one will be available at the delivery address to receive and unload the products from the delivery truck, please contact us to choose another shipping method.
Shipping to Delivery Locations Outside the Contiguous 48 United States
Shipping rates are quoted online for shipments to the contiguous 48 United States. Please contact us at 800-441-1564 for shipping rates to other delivery locations.
Shipping Methods
Products are typically shipped via FedEx or USPS. For larger orders, it may be less expensive to ship the order by large delivery truck. When delivery by large truck is chosen, the product will be shipped on pallets, and someone will need to be at the delivery address to receive and unload the order from the truck.
Additional Shipping Carrier Charges
Any charges by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect address provided by customer, a change in the delivery due to customer’s request, or failure of customer to have someone at the delivery address upon delivery by large delivery truck will be the customer’s responsibility.
Upon Receipt of Order
Do not sign for the shipment until you inspect all items to confirm that all products were received, and that there are no visible signs of damage. Note any shortage or damage on the delivery receipt. When possible, we recommend taking a photo of any damage. If for any reason the driver will not wait for you to inspect the shipment, note on the delivery receipt: (1) Driver would not wait for me to inspect the shipment, and (2) Received subject to inspection. Most freight carriers will not allow claims for shortage or damage that has not been noted on the delivery receipt. If you experience any shortage or damage in your shipment (even if not discovered until after the driver has left), contact the freight carrier immediately to report the shortage or damage, and follow the carrier’s claim instructions. Some carriers require notification of any shortage or damage within 24 hours of delivery. While Log Home Resource Center is not responsible for damage or lost items after product is picked up from Log Home Resource Center by the carrier, please let us know as soon as possible about any shortage or damage. We will work with you to help you resolve the problem.
