M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment additive is designed to be mixed with both water-based and oil-based stains and paint coatings to provide Contractor Grade protection against mold, mildew, and algae. M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment takes up where other additives leave off without harming the environment. Available in two sizes—a one-gallon treatment and a five-gallon treatment. No Odor/Low VOC.

M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment is designed to be mixed with stains or other coatings to inhibit mold and mildew on most interior and exterior surfaces.  M-1 can be used in all interior/exterior water based and oil & solvent based stains, paints, coatings, and adhesives.  M-1 is available in two sizes—a one-gallon treatment and a five-gallon treatment. No Odor and Low VOC. Mix thoroughly, stirring M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment into the coating for 2 to 3 minutes. See attached Product Label Use and Safety Information. To ensure the best coverage and results, follow coating manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning and preparing the surface. M-1 Advanced Mildew Treatment is meant for protecting the applied coating, not the substrate.
